SHIPPING
Items are shipped via USPS within the United States.
International shipping is available, please supply your delivery details here and I will reach out with available rates and next steps.
Tracking information is provided for orders via a fulfillment email.
Most items will ship within several days of ordering, but certain items like those which are 3D printed, as well as some cast metal pieces may take 1-2 weeks longer to prepare. This will be noted in the item’s description.
STOCK
Unless an item has been marked “Discontinued”, it is available for purchase. That said, occasionally items will be flagged as “Backordered”. You may order these items normally, though it may take several additional weeks for the item to arrive. This is to allow production time for the new stock. Please take this into consideration when ordering items marked as such.
RETURNS
If you receive an item damaged, let me know within 3 days of delivery and I'll gladly issue a full refund (including delivery charges) or send a replacement. You'll just need to send us the damaged item within 30 days of your initial purchase.
If, after receiving an item, you'd like to return it, you can do so within 15 days of initial delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) or exchange if you prefer. The item should be undamaged and in salable condition.
The initial deposit is non-refundable for custom orders.
